Remodel Home |
A major residential remodel and restoration on an in town Sandpoint lot. Complete roof removal and restructure. We changed a sagging, tired looking old roof into a well insulated new looking home. This was accomplished with more modern looking roof lines and fuller overhangs. Skylights and new windows completed the roof elements. Cedar siding and many interior alterations created a home with charming curb appeal, yet still permitting this home to be a good neighbor with surrounding properties.
