Principally a kitchen remodel, this grew to encompass a face-lift for this lake facing elevation. Including new wood clad windows, siding elements and an expansive main level deck. The elimination of many interior partitions and reconstructing roof loads, really opened up the view this property craved. Large kitchen featuring custom Cherry cabinets, local granite counter tops and state of the art stainless steel appliances. Custom Fir molding and doors compliment Maple hardwood floors. Lighting and control help to deliver a very warm ambiance to this beautiful kitchen and dining room. The steel powder coated and cable handrail on the exterior deck are echoed on the interior stairwell with like treatment in the stainless steel details. The entire attic received a “blow-in” insulation upgrade during this project.
